Hiring Narrows Construction was a blessing. My husband was interested in polishing our basement floor and I thought it was hopeless. The floor was badly damaged with large cracks. It had glue, paint, and holes through out from years of use. And what appeared to be several remodels from previous owners.
After talking with Ken he provided several options along with color charts, samples, and ultimately a reasonable proposal.
When his crew arrived they were polite and attentive to our needs. They focused on their work and were diligent in their process. When we had questions they stopped what were doing and addressed any concerns we had. They finished the project two days early and cleaned up like they were never here. The project turned out beautiful and I am very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to refer them.
